Responsibilities – Documentation Coordinator

Day to day administration of the validation system who includes IQOQ and PQ protocols.
Liaise with technical support in order to create and modify validation protocols.
Customer query resolution on a day-to-day basis.
Provide office administration within the validation system for the service engineers.
Liaising with Business Unit Managers and Product Specialists and other departments within the company.
Prepare departmental reporting as requested on a regular basis.
Involvement with other documentation requirements within the company.
Requirement – Documentation Coordinator

Diploma or Degree in Applied Science or Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry.
Ability to learn quickly and to work under pressure.
1-2 years experience in an administration/technical writer role
